TOLLS
Tolls will be included for roundtrip travel.
ISLAND / RESORT AREAS
From Memorial Day to Labor Day, travel to the Outer Banks will incur an additional fee of $100.
TRAFFIC SCHEDULING
Due to the weekend traffic backups, especially at the tunnels and bridges, we prefer to schedule shoots Monday through Thursday. If shoot is located on the Peninsula, we can accommodate Friday shoots prior to 2:00pm.
TRAVEL FEES
Travel that exceeds 30 minutes from our business address will be billed at $10 per 30 minutes of travel, with a minimum of $10.
USE/LICENSING OF PHOTOGRAPHS
Under current copyright laws, the copyright of any photography remains with the photographer unless specifically agreed upon.
PRINTS CHARMING RETAINS ALL RIGHTS TO EVERY PHOTOGRAPH.
Prints Charming licenses the use of the images ONLY to the client/agent of the property at the time the photo is taken. The license of use is extended to the agent for the amount of time that the property is for sale under the commissioning agent. Use of images for any form of advertising by agent must be done so with permission prior to publication.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Shoots cancelled without 24 hours notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
INSURANCE LIMITATIONS
Prints Charming does not move items within a residence, and reserves the right to refuse to do so based on limitation established by our insurance company.
SAFETY
Prints Charming reserves the right to refuse to provide photography services at any location where photographer is concerned for their safety and well being.
